Plain summary. This is a private B2B portal at seorankforum.com used to deliver weekly SEO performance reports (keyword rankings, CTR, traffic metrics) and essential project updates. Emails are strictly transactional for active clients. No marketing mailings, no list rentals, no ads.
1. Definitions
- “Portal” - the private client area located at seorankforum.com.
- “Reports” - automated weekly summaries of SEO metrics.
- “Client” / “you” - an organization we work with and its authorized users.
- “Service” - access to the Portal and the sending of Reports and operational notices.
2. Scope & Parties
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service provided by RankCraft Collective. The Service is available only to invited business clients and their representatives. By accessing the Portal or receiving Reports, you accept these Terms.
3. Accounts, Eligibility & Auth
- Access is invitation-only; keep credentials confidential and use strong passwords.
- You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or revoke access to protect security, to investigate abuse, or to comply with law.
- We use least-privilege access for our staff and maintain role-based permissions.
4. Service Description
We aggregate data from analytics and rank trackers to build concise weekly Reports with trends and deltas. Delivery occurs by email to verified client contacts and, optionally, as a downloadable file inside the Portal.
Included
- Weekly automated Reports with rankings, CTR, traffic and key changes.
- Operational emails: project status, confirmations, system notices.
- Ticket replies/acknowledgements if you contact support.
Not included
- No promotional or advertising campaigns.
- No rented, scraped or purchased lists.
- No tracking for behavioral ads; only deliverability events (bounce/complaint).
5. Email Communications & List Hygiene
- Recipients are limited to contacts designated by the Client at project start or via the Portal.
- We authenticate mail (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), monitor bounces/complaints, and remove bad addresses.
- You may pause or stop Reports for any contact by emailing us or via account preferences.
6. Acceptable Use
- No probing, scraping of non-public data, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
- No unlawful content or activity. We may remove content or restrict access if needed.
- You will not upload malicious code or use automated access without prior written consent.
7. Client Content & Confidentiality
- We treat Client materials and metrics as confidential and use them only to provide the Service.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process data solely to generate Reports and maintain the Portal.
- We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect confidentiality.
8. Data Protection
Details appear in our Privacy Policy. We act as a controller for contact and account data used to deliver the Service and as a processor where we handle client-provided datasets for report generation.
9. Third-Party Services
- We use reputable providers for hosting, analytics ingestion and email delivery (each a “Processor”).
- Processors operate under data-processing terms; we do not sell personal data.
10. Availability, Maintenance & Changes
- The Service may be occasionally unavailable for maintenance or incidents; we aim to minimize downtime.
- We may modify features to improve reliability and security; material changes will be announced in the Portal or by email.
11. Intellectual Property
- The Portal, templates and internal tooling are owned by RankCraft Collective. You receive a limited, revocable right to access the Service during your engagement.
- Client trademarks and materials remain Client property.
12. Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.
13. Warranties & Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.
- We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankCraft Collective will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the fees paid for the last three (3) months, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
16. Term & Termination
- Either party may discontinue access at any time. Upon termination we may disable accounts and schedule deletion of data per the Privacy Policy.
- Sections relating to confidentiality, IP, limitations and governing law survive termination.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days before litigation.
